<USS Avalon> Onward to Starbase 12

Onward to Starbase 12

Keith was disappointed as to the recent events, as he rode in the transport
vessel with all his stuff. His clothes had been packed and all his belongings
were in the cargo hold.
He didn't even get to tell the crew that he was promoted and that they were
getting a new Captain.
After several hours, Starbase 12 loomed in the distance. It's structure was
that of many starbases. The transport took him right into the bay. The pilot
had informed the station of Keith's arrival, and the off-duty crew were
waiting for the new Captain as he exited the transport.
Never had he been treated to an arrival as such. He felt uncomfortable in
the situation, "Thank you for your display. Dismissed."
The crew returned to their quarters and Keith made his way to his own, before
going up to the Command Deck to take control of the situation.
