<USS Avalon> Moving Merlin

 
Moving Merlin 
 
James had been sitting at the helm console next to Lieutenant Li wondering  
when this fleet was going to take off for anywhere. Alexis was in the back  
taking a catnap, also waiting. He didn't really know the rest of the people on  
the shuttle but he knew he had already made one screw up with Lieutenant Li and 
 he didn't want to make another one.
 
As he was watching his console he noticed the incoming message light  
blinking. "Sir, we have an incoming message. I will put it on audio." Pushing a 
 few 
buttons, James had the message on audio so that everyone could hear  it.
 
"Attention, this is Commander Skyler, upon orders from Captain Ketchum we  
are to proceed immediately to the planet Izar. He will arrive shortly after we  
do. Please set a course and head out at warp 3."
 
James looked at Lieutenant Li for orders.
 
"Well, it's about damned time," Vilya muttered to herself.  She waved  a hand 
toward Henderson.  "To quote someone famous, 'make it  so'."
