investigate threats against Secret Service protectees as well as
financial crimes, which include counterfeiting of U.S. currency..."

And from a local newspaper yesterday:

"Clark was arrested again in May by U.S. Secret Service agents and
Prince George's County Sheriff's deputies after he sold counterfeit
bills to an individual cooperating with authorities. Agents searched his
mother's home and seized more counterfeiting materials."

Not at all an unusual situation. The Secret Service investigates all
counterfeiters, including the minor ones.
