Hi Craig,
Yes, we did check there (that's where we found the quote we included), and 
you're right, it's a great resource - especially when the archives work!

It's our next port of call for a question.  What with all the 
"off-shoring" that goes on these days, we prefer to keep things local 
wherever possible.  :)

Japanese.
 
Have you or your colleague tried the Framers list? There are hundreds of
FrameMaker users on that list, so you might get some good info from there:
