Could you please help?
I've created bookmarks in my Word document. When I save the document as a PDF
all of my Heading 4s are under my first Heading 3, while the following Heading
3s have no sub-headings.
How do I make sure that the Heading 4s sit under the right Heading 3 (see
screenshot below)?
I'm selecting Options > Create bookmarks using headings from the Save As dialog
box when saving the Word document as a PDF.
