Murali,
I am a professional recruiter based in Sydney and specialising in the IT
market. I believe the views given by a couple of people on the list are a
little over exagerrated, although its fair to say their is an over supply of
candidates on the market.
If you are not currently in Australia but are looking to relocate, I would
advise you to sort out permanent residency first, or come on a tourist visa and
try to get work while here. The chances of you securing employment while not in
the country are very slim.
If you would like to send me a copy of your resume in word format, I would be
happy to let you know of any vacancies.
Regards
Kevan

Very very few such jobs going, completely over-saturated by the local
availability. I'm afraid its still a hirer's market out there. Most stuff is
contract, very few perm jobs floating around.
