There is a problem I've had since I updated audacity. Sometimes it lets me use
one effect in a project, but most of the time it won't even let me use one.
When it. )(does let me use one, can't undo, say, if I don't like it with what I
am doing, or make a selection mistake. Is this a quirk of the new version, or
something I can fix?
