Technically, yes... as are more ordinary aluminum alloys and even
stainless steel. But none of them is particularly easy to ignite, or it
would be impossible to use them safely in LOX tanks.
"Flammable" is not the same as "explosive"; it's hard to get an
oxygen/metal fire started in LOX unless something violent/dynamic causes
local heating.
