Nope, alas, I draw a blank on it. Nothing on it in my files -- as I said, it was a paper (?) I noticed in passing and wasn't particularly interested in -- and a quick Google search or two didn't turn up anything either. It was US work, I think, and you wouldn't think there were very many small ultra-high-expansion LOX/LH2 maneuvering engines, even just in the lab, so a determined search might well turn it up.
