Hello All,
Any suggestions or things to be wary of when implementing a pressure transducer
before engine injection on a LOX line for a test stand? We are expecting less
than 500 psi with flow rates between 4 and 10 gallons per minute. I was
expecting that I could add a union tee in the line with an npt fitting to
tighten the transducer directly onto.
I have not looked at any part specs yet since there are so many questions that
I need to answer such as should it be cryo rated, should it be placed directly
on the line or distanced off of it, is cavitation a concern in a swaglok Union
tee, etc...
Thoughts?
