Just one, so far, and it probably doesn't count yet... But nothing in what I said is specific to LPRE test stands. The general principle of rigorously separating critical control functions from everything else has wider application, and indeed is widely applied. (One of Nancy Leveson's papers pointed out that neglect of this principle was the root cause of the loss of Ariane 501.)

I also note that a couple of the folks who chimed in to agree with me have built and operated *lots* of LPRE test stands.
