Low cost solids are cast at the launch site; this specifically
avoids the costs associated with safe transport.
Bill, it's this how you are testing your solid at FAR?
One of the primary reasons I started developing hybrids it's the cost and
simplicity of transporting the materials from a rocket unfriendly place...
and I'm smart enough to know that I'm not smart enough to make a biprop
work.
