Well since I got a couple of responses, thanks Henry & Keld just FYI:
It works! So I now "Bcc:" myself AND I changed the Thunderbird filter to
do ANY of either:
1) Subject: contains [AR] -or-
2) To: contains arocket
and all is well. Back to lurking...
