Is it the utility that was subsumed into Richard Hallas's SpecialFX or

SpecialFX is on the Configuration panel of my ArmX6, but clicking it
just now brings a message that "version 1.01 or later of the SpecialFX
module is required". Menu says plug-in version is 1.05 (2004-apr-30)
