If you have the RGB values from a digital photo, I think you can just
run the RGB values thru the preliminary printer profile this way:
xicclu –s 255 –ff –pl –ia
Enter rgb values


If you have lab values measured on your girlfriend with the colormunki
:-) , you have to go the other way.
