You have the spectrum values in the CXF file :

I think you have to make sure the values are normalized to 100 at 560nm. In
the example above, the value at 560 is 0.0900136. What would you multiply
this value to yield 100? Answer = 100/0.0900136 = 1110.943235. So, every
value in the CXF spectrum has to be 'scaled' by 1110 so that they are
expressed on a 100 scale. I think this is what Argyll is using.

Try that.
