The .txt version of the SPD is more more simple but without
normalization

Not directly, since CxF is a rather complicated format (XML) and
poorly documented.
If you can figure out the spectral range and spacing of the spectral
samples in a CxF file, then you might be able to paste them
into a .sp file.
