[argyllcms] Profile tweaking with refine

Hi all,
My question is about profile tweaking with refine: what amount of
correction is possible to expect? My case: proofer system with Epson
Stylus Pro 4800, proofer profile created in Argyll, proof with ISOCoated
v2 as input profile (absolute colrimetric) give us results with few values
with deltaE between 6-11. Abstract profile created with refine tool acc to
manual and applied with both colprof and revfix, but i get nearly the same
resluts as with original profile in both cases (deltaE differ in tenths).
Maybe i am making some systematic error? (Argyll 1.3.5. in this case, but
i get similar experience in the past with older version, but dont remeber
details).
