[argyllcms] IF you have problems with Linux and Spyder 3

This is not a question. It's a solution. ;-)
I recently got problem to make my Spyder 3 work with Debian
unstable/experimental. The Spyder 3 was continuously passing from
connected and disconnected status and change port number for every
connect/disconnect cycle. You can see this behavior with "lsusb".
In dispcalGUI I saw it by the buttons "Calibrate only", Calibrate &
profile" and "Profile only" was constantly shifting between dimmed or on.
I even saw it then I run any Argyll commands. Sometimes it found the
Spyder 3 and sometimes not, and the port number always shifted.
Anyway it was impossible to use the Spyder 3.
The problem is "libmtp-runtime". Removing that lib solve the problem.
I had seen bug reports for "libmtp-runtime" version 1.0.6-6 (1) and that
a patch should solve the problem with later versions (2). But I had
"libmtp-runtime" version 1.1.0-4 installed and that version didn't work
ether.
I had read that "libmtp-runtime" is a problem in other Linux dists too.
