[argyllcms] ArgyllCMS V0.70 Beta 7 test now available.

I'm pleased to make available another test snapshot or Argyll,
the main change for this one being the addition of support
for the Spyder 2 and Huey colorimeters, as well as some
tweaks to the display calibration utility, and some
very minor big fixes in other areas.
