I've been working though a few of the issues of how things
interact with system libraries with Frank Ickstadt. If you grab
the Jamtop from here <http://www.argyllcms.com/Jamtop>,
and a new jpg sub-directory Jamfile from here
<http://www.argyllcms.com/Jamfile> you may have better luck.
