[arachne] Workaround on lost field in e-mail

Quick fix for all using external editor & losing fields:
After you get fields filled in / altered the way you want them, Save to
OUTBOX. That will preserve field data.
Go to outbox and use the external editor to work on message there.
I know, it's not a cure. But it will give you what you need for the
time being.
