Arachne at FreeLists---The Arachne Fan Club!
South Africa apparently REALLY suffered during the period when
aparathied-related embargoes cut them off from the world. They have yet
to catch up, and many of the social services that once were there are
gone ... no longer active, or overwhelmed by 'outside help' that has
buried them.
