Subject: Apollo MCC Restoration Flight Controller Interviews
We are aware that some of you face personal situations that limit your
participation in this project. Many of us are helping friends and family
recover from the damage they suffered. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
We are working a tight schedule for this project - trying to complete the
restoration in time for the 50th anniversary. We hope that your personal
situations are such that you have time to participate and assist with the
restoration (and historic preservation). When we held the reunion we asked for
those from out of town to be interviewed at console. Now we are asking for any
of you who did not provide an interview to participate and provide your input.
The interviews will be conducted on September 26 and September 27, 2017,
starting at 8:00 am. Each slot for interviews is 90 minutes. IF YOU CAN
SCHEDULE A TIME WITH SOMEONE WHO WORKED THE SAME CONSOLE, PLEASE DO. JOINT
INTERVIEWS ARE ENCOURAGED.
