Dear Friend,
Please join us next Tuesday (Sept 28) for our first official Red Bench
gathering of the fall. We are excited to follow up on our August 31
emergency Red Bench event and build on the theme of questioning the fear
of Islam.
We will gather at First United Methodist Church's Family Life Center
(13th & Lavaca Streets) for food and informal conversation at 6:00, and
the program will begin at 6:30. The program will conclude at 8:00pm.
Free parking is available in the garage immediately south of the Family
Life Center at 13th & Lavaca Streets. Please park on the third level or
above. If the bar is down, just take a ticket -- you will not be
charged when you exit.
