3 days until the ATX CROP Walk!
How do I get there and where do I park?
Camp Mabry is on 35th St just West of MoPac. Look for signs and volunteers
who will direct you to parking. See map below!
What do I do when I get there?
Arrive by 2pm and find the registration table and sign yourself in and turn
in your teams' walker sponsorship funds. After that - enjoy the music, get a
CROP Walk temporary tattoo, buy a T-shirt, and get ready for the Walk kick
off at 2:30pm.
What is the Walk like?
The Walk is a 2.4-mile loop around Camp Mabry featuring a beautiful lake and
wooded areas. A 1-mile option is also available.
Most of the walk is pavement or hard-packed earth.
There will be water, kool aid, snacks and fruit available.
Restrooms are available near the start of the Walk.
Please bring an umbrella and rain boots if it is forecast to rain - we walk
in all weather!
Along the Walk there will be 5 stations to stop at and learn about how CROP
helps eliminate hunger in the US and around the world.
