April 6
Korea Anabaptist Center welcomes Mission Network educators Alan and Eleanor
Kreider to South Korea for meetings in churches and seminaries April 3-23.
Pray that the Kreiders may have strength for busy days, sensitivity to the
variety of groups they will visit, and clarity in translating and discussing
sensitive issues.
April 13
Pray for the widespread impact that participants in DOOR (Discovering
Opportunities for Outreach and Reflection) make through short-term mission
programs in urban centers. Ask for God?s guidance for Jeff Delp, director
of DOOR Atlanta, as he heads a new DOOR program in that city.
April 20
Praise God that Christ?s resurrection and the hope of eternal life are
celebrated today. Pray that special Easter celebrations throughout the
world will give clear testimony to the power of the resurrected Lord.
April 27
Pray for Mission Network educator Alan Kreider as he meets this week with
Paulus Widjaja and Judy Zimmerman Herr in Indonesia. They will translate
the peace statements of many national Mennonite churches into a peace
statement for the Assembly of the Mennonite World Conference in Africa,
August 11-17.
