[amayausers] unthreading after a trim

Tonight I went to check on the progress of a stitchout
and found that 2 of my colors that had already
stitched were no longer threaded through the needle.
I stopped the sew out, rethreaded and continued
stitching. Had one more instance where the thread
seemed to be trimmed but then just popped right out of
the needle right afterwards. Does anyone have any
idea what is causing this??
