What kind of machine do you have Amaya or Amaya XT and is it still under 
warranty?

As Herb said,reseting the hook timing so often is an indication that something 
is slipping. Besides your hook timing position not being in the same place 
there are other setting that will change when this is happening. I'de rather 
not get into it on the boards though, the symptoms that you desribe could be 
related to many other issues.  

If you like too , call me and I'll have you check a couple of things over the 
phone and at least I can help you determine whether your next step would be to 
schedule a call with someone.
