I can tell you for a fact that you'lll never find safety "Neon" colors in 100%
because the cotton can't hold the dye and will always look faded right from the
begining. Even Gildan just came out with a new safety Green T in the Ultra
Cotton line and it is Very bright! only to realize that the tag says ultra
cotton but then states 50/50. The rep says it's becasue it's a 50/50 that is
the weight of the ultra cotton.

So same hold true with any fabric. The polyster can hold the dye and be truly
fluorescent but 100% cotton fabric can't. It's simply a matter of knowing that
and not wasting the energy to look instead inform your customers from the
outset that it doens't exist and look at the options.

Good Luck.

Ron
