Good luck...we just went through half a dozen cap suppliers...not a single 100%
in safety green (lime)showed up...and the poly hats were all 6 panel. Velcro
backs on most of them-just as adjustable as plastic...
I think it would be a miracle if someone found what you want...problem might be
100% cotton won't hold the 'reflective' quality of the safety colors!
