Linda,
What version of the software do you have? Some earlier software had some
issues in the reporting. Version 6 and version 7 should be pretty accurate.
Use the Run Report to work off of. The Job Report will not be a good item to
use for garment count, particularly if you are running in Advanced Mode.
One thing that will cause the reports to be off a bit are if Amaya OS is
shut down during operation of the machine or the machine(s) detach from the
software or computer for any reason.
