Oh I left my machine alone once while sewing out a wool letterman's jacket
and the hoop separated and ruined the jacket!

 

I had to buy the customer a new jacket.  Now I use clamps on the hoops while
doing jobs like that and I do not leave her unattended when sewing expensive
items!
