[amayausers] charging for applique

Hi everyone,
I have a customer who wants a quote for me to
embroider a name and number applique style onto a NHL
jersey. I don't know exact letter and number size
yet. I would think that for applique I would charge
by more than just stitch count. How does everyone out
there in AMAYA land charge for an applique job???
