[amayausers] Small Fonts

I need your experience and expertise on small fonts. I have had 2 jobs with
block letters that were smaller than the recommended .30" minimum height. To
add insult to injury they were sewn on pique golf shirts (yuk!) What column
width, density etc. etc. do you use and how small can you go? Should I use a
different font? If so which one? These letters were .25" or maybe even smaller!
