I have had my best luck on pique by doubling the backing and solvy. My AMAYA
zips right through it at 1200 spm and it comes out looking great or as good
as it can look on pique.

Micro Block with 15 - 20% column width is a good one. It already has
adequate underlay so no need to add any. A water soluble topping will
help also.

I need your experience and expertise on small fonts. I have had 2 jobs
with block letters that were smaller than the recommended .30" minimum
height. To add insult to injury they were sewn on pique golf shirts
(yuk!) What column width, density etc. etc. do you use and how small can
you go? Should I use a different font? If so which one? These letters
were .25" or maybe even smaller!
