Cindy,
I have also struggled with those same shirts. Here's what I do - two
layers of heavy cutaway with solvy on top. The backing is probably
overkill, but I got so tired of the issues of thread breaks and
puckering. Two layered for me. Make sure the backing and the shirt are
both smooth and taut (but not stretched) inside the hoop.

mesh
Sport-Tek  shirts. The design sews well on other material so design not

issue. I know it is a settings or stabilizer issue. Any suggestions on
