http://www.melco-service.com/ and then go to the bottom of the page and one of
the squares is FAQ. Click on this button and it leads to a lot of good
information for self-help and questions. One of the tabs is for technicians.
Click on your state to find the tech in your area.
This site has all kinds of information that all of us might take a look at.
