I recently had an accident with leaving the slimline frame open. At start up
the frame grabbed the needlecase and pulled it loose. Could not get a tech soon
enough so called in a baruden repairman. With my instructions he was able to
get it on. Machine ran, he left and I was not satisfied with the outcome.
Along with the service repair instructions from website I removed the case and
put it back on the machine. Trimmed the hook, calibrated the needles and away
we go. That was about 2 months ago. Now I hear a thumbing noise behind
needlecase. It is all needles. If I stitch a satin row if 1000 stitches it
will bump about 5 or 6 times consistently. Getting a tech is unbelievably hard
and expensive. Any advise on where to look. I am not afraid to try.
