Hey guys,
Pretty new to embroidery here and encountered my first real problem with my
XTS. I was sewing on some names on some FD Job Shirts. I had the machine
set to trim and tie off at the end of each letter. When it got to the end of
the letter it just stopped, head down. The machine wouldn't respond to any
commands from from computer and I couldn't remove the garment. With no other
idea what to do I hit the emergency stop then released. The head went up and
restarted the machine with the same result at at the end of the next letter.
Any idea what's causing this or how to fix it? I had just done the rotary hook
maintenance, and the hook is oiled daily.
