My machine is stuck with the needle down. I have gone to maitenance and tried
head up but the message comes up: Custer01-Head01-color change stepper index
error-off index while sewing. When I turned it off and then back on it tries
to reset but makes this grinding noise....afraid I might mess up something else
so will wait for anyone who knows what I should do next....
