Roland,

Send it to me, but I think what is going on is the Start point of the Single Line overlaps the End Point and confuses the stitch generator. I would have to see the design to know for sure. What stitch list are you looking at, look at the, make sure you clicking on the Stitches TAB in the Tree, and not looking at the Wire Frame points in the Project TAB, or save it as EXP and then open the EXP and look at the stitches.

In either case, send it to me.. I can tell you what it is doing and why.

refering to #1-the underlayment issue....when we zoom in, all we see is ONE
line of underlayment, no sign of repeat or multiple lines. Checking 'stitch
by stitch' (tabbing down through the list to highlight each one in the
design) shows me only one underlayment....yet when it sews out, it runs all
around the area, then back again, to the start point, then repeats, before
it starts the satin stitch. Without underlayment the line looks
terrible-have to have something under it!
Any techs with ideas? Or should I just delete the 'program' underlayment and
create my own? This comes up with some of the crappola Dakota designs I use,
but also in logos I"ve done totally in Designshop.
