Ok. I was getting ready to trace a design in OS. I had a clamp on my hoop
because my 14.25 x 11.75 doesnt hold the fabric very tight. While the design
was tracing, the clamp hit the needle carriage. It made a clunk noise. All of
my needles dropped to the lowest position. I hit the EStop. I am so swamped
right now and need desperately to fix this myself ASAP. Anyone have any
direction they can give me?? It appears to me that the needles while in the
down position are pushed slightly out towards me than they should be. What in
this world have I done????
