i have tried to sew out a logo design-actually anything i try to sew out i have
huge looping on all the needles-i called a few days ago and the tech walked me
through many different steps but eventually told me to change to a different
needle-i am now still trying to sew out anything!!i did sew out one of the
samples and had a few problems but i think i fixed them-why would the machine
keep having these issues with different designs? please help me-
