Nathan,
After you have made your changes to the design in Design Shop,saved those
changes in Design Shop and are still in Design Shop, click on "File" in the
upper tool bar. Then click on "Machine" in the drop down menu in "File" and
send/load the design to the machine.
This will send whatever changes you have made to OS from Design Shop.
