Melco has the special hoops for doing collars and leashes, I think it
is the fast frames but I almost think the new clamp system will work.
Not sure about where to get the blank leashes and collars...I can get
them 'mass' produced but not 'personalized' but I've seen the ad
slicks in the 'sunday papers' for companies doing that stuff so its
out there somewhere!
