Katman,
I am using 4 mil backing (cut away) with 2 layers of solvey at 800 stitches per
minute and the 75/11 bp needles. It is is cutting the shirt slightly at the
edge of some of the lettering and a tiny bit of the design. No problem on other
material. I have also loosened up the hooping somewhat.Is this in line with
what you are using on these shirts?
