I got this thing to work finally.
This is what I wound up with that is doing OK, meaning no holes. I don't think
this is optimized but it works and I'm leaving it alone. Already did about 20
sew outs!
Lettering
short stiches off
stitch length 15
no extra underlay
density 5.0
Reduced density of main design (not center)
1 sheet solvey
4 mm backing
speed 800
needles 65/9
slightly looser hooping
Herb, I think your suggestion would improve overall quality as I feel I am at
lower end of fill density. If I run this again I may try it.
