First thing they had us check was to manually try turning the shaft
up behind the needle head (everything SHUT OFF please!) and when that
didn't do it, we took off the panel. (same black panel you take off
for the major greasing procedure). It was readily apparent something
was broken...piece was laying right there in the bottom.
Warranty...isn't it great!
