Well Barb what I have done is forward your question to the Amaya Users Group.
I have also signed you up for this email list.
I would recommend a font that has wide columns. Be sure to use at least one
layer of backing.
And I will allow the rest of the list to add to this.

We are new to the embroidery business, and a new AMAYA owner. We are trying to
put small letters on khaki shirts, about .30 inches high. Any suggestions on
the font and settings that will make this lettering perfect? Any suggestions or
help would be greatly appreciated.
